Hi, I'm Austin. 

I’m the founder of Fly Bodies, and I’m deeply passionate about helping individuals and organizations navigate the health and wellness space. Wellness can be confusing and frustrating at times, but there’s nothing more rewarding than watching someone gain confidence, clarity, and momentum in an area of life that once felt overwhelming. My goal is to make health approachable, sustainable, and empowering, so people can feel better, move better, and show up more fully in their everyday lives.

In 2018, I helped my younger brother lose over 75 pounds in the span of a year. The physical transformation was incredible, but the real change was the confidence he gained and how it positively impacted every part of his life. Watching that shift happen firsthand was powerful.

After his transformation, friends from our hometown started asking him what he had done to get in such great shape. He told them he worked with me, so they asked if I could help them too. That’s when Fly Bodies was born.

My brother and I began working with couples, creating workout programs that fit into busy schedules and offering simple, practical nutrition guidance that working men and women could actually stick to. Many of our early clients were faculty and staff members at schools, largely because both of our parents were teachers at the time and we saw firsthand how many educators wanted support with their health but lacked the time and resources.

Eventually, I decided to ask the Head of School at a local private school if I could run a wellness program for their faculty and staff. He said yes, and that opportunity changed everything. Today, Fly Bodies works with over 30 schools, with new partnerships added each year.

What started as helping my brother get a little healthier has now grown into a mission to help entire communities feel better, move better, and live healthier lives.
