When most people think about hydration, they think about water. But water is only part of the equation.

You don’t necessarily need a sports drink every time you sweat.


Electrolytes are found throughout the diet.

A balanced meal after exercise can often provide a substantial amount of the electrolytes you need.

The goal isn’t to make hydration complicated.


Think about it this way:


Water replaces the fluid.Electrolytes replace important minerals.Food helps replenish both electrolytes and energy.


The harder and longer you sweat, the more important that combination can become.
